This License Agreement covers your use of Mainline Audio DSP software, published by Mainline Audio LLC ("Mainline Audio," "we," "us"). It reflects the End User License Agreement presented during installation of your licensed Mainline Audio DSP product. If anything here and the installer's own license text ever conflict, the version presented at installation governs.
Mainline Audio DSP software is licensed, not sold. Mainline Audio grants you a license to install and use your licensed Mainline Audio DSP product on computers you own or control.
Mainline Audio DSP software may be activated on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, managed automatically by the software's own licensing system. You may deactivate a computer to free an activation for another machine.
Where a Mainline Audio DSP product is offered with a free evaluation period, the evaluation uses the same software distributed to licensed customers, and the evaluation period begins when you start it within the software. Continued use beyond that period requires a valid license. The Final Word, The Fine Line, and The Focal Point are each currently offered with a 14-day evaluation period.
Mainline Audio retains all ownership of the Software. This agreement grants you a license to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership of it to you.
Mainline Audio DSP software may incorporate third-party software components used under their own respective licenses. Mainline Audio does not claim ownership of those components.
