Purchases of Mainline Audio DSP software are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for tax, payment-processing, and compliance purposes, and every purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's own Buyer Terms and refund and chargeback policies.
Because Mainline Audio DSP software is downloadable software and a fully functional 14-day demo is available before you buy, we generally consider a purchase final once digital delivery has begun — consistent with Lemon Squeezy's own terms for digital content. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law, or where Lemon Squeezy determines a refund is warranted under its own buyer/refund terms.
If a technical issue is preventing normal use of your Mainline Audio DSP product, contact support@mainline-audio.com so we can try to resolve it.
Independent of this policy, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its own discretion — for example, to prevent a payment dispute — under its own buyer and refund terms.
